Oct 1 – NYC – Joan Jett was interviewed for a New York Times talk at the Florence Gould Hall at French Institute Alliance Francaise.
Oct 9 – NYC – Jesse Malin and his band on stage for a very rocking set at his new LES club Coney Island Baby.
Oct 25 – NYC – Josh Cheuse at an opening for an exhibit of his photography at the Jeffery-West custom shoe store in Greenwich Village.
Nov 7 – NYC – Miss Guy DJing spins the records at an after party for a Mick Rock exhibit at the Roxy Hotel.
Nov 7 – NYC – Supla came to New York from Sao Paulo to play on stage at Bowery Electric.
Nov 9 – Mesa, AZ – (L-R) Henry Rollins of Black Flag, Indian and me during the Mesa Music Festival at the Mesa Amphitheater. I gave a powerpoint photo talk before Henry gave his talk.
Nov 11 – NYC – Sir Bob Geldof and me during a party at the Chrome Hearts flagship store in Greenwich Village.
Nov 11 – NYC – (L-R) Paul Cook of the Sex Pistols, Tony James and Billy Idol of Generation X and Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols on stage as ‘Generation Sex’ during the party at Chrome Hearts. They played some of each bands greatest hits!
Nov 26 – NYC – Jennifer Lopez looked great during a screening of her film “Second Act” at Metrograph.
Nov 29 – NYC – Carlo McCormick at the opening of “Punk Lust: Raw Provocation, 1974-1984” the exhibition he curated at the Museum of Sex.
Nov 29 – NYC – Tish and Snooky Bellomo, creators of Manic Panic hair dye, during the opening of “Punk Lust: Raw Provocation, 1974-1984” at the Museum of Sex where costumes from their band ‘the Sick Fu*ks’ were on display.
Dec 6 – Seoul – I met the K-pop band Imfact during a press conference for the opening of the John Lennon exhibit at the Hangaram Art Museum.

Dec 6 – Seoul – Felix Park, Byun Sun Keun and me at the opening of the John Lennon exhibit at the Hangaram Art Museum. Mr.Byun sponsored the exhibition organized by Mr Park to bring the ideas of John Lennon to South Korea.

Dec 9 – NYC – The most amazing tile mosaic by Yoko Ono is now installed at the 72nd street subway station in New York. It is hand made with thousands of tiles in many subtle colors.
Dec 15 – Havana – I went to Cuba for an exhibition of my photos at Fototeca de Cuba. Here I”m with gallery manager Nelson Ramirez de Arellano for the opening of exhibition there.
Dec 15 – Havana – Nelson Ramirez de Arellano, me and Guille Vilar at the Yellow Submarine Club. Guille has been running the club for years bringing local Cuban Rock & Roll bands to play in Havana.
Dec 31 – Los Angeles – Jason White and Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Jesse Malin and Bill Schneider (long time Green Day management assistant) on stage during a New Years Eve party at the No Name club.

Jan 18 – NYC – Jesse Malin joins Alejandro Escovedo and his band on stage for the encore at the City Winery.
Jan 30 – NYC – Peter Wolf rocks out at the City Winery.
Feb 11 – NYC – Cindy and Dennis Dunaway during the Anna Sui Spring 2019 fashion show at Spring Studios.
Feb 18 – NYC – Yoko Ono and Sean Lennon blow out the candles for Yoko’s 86th birthday party at Electric Lady Studios, NYC.
Feb 20 – NYC – Cristina Arrigoni signed copies of her new book of photos ‘The Sound of Hands’ at Morrison Hotel Galley, NYC. Her boyfriend Willie Nile played a set to entertain the crowd.
Feb 21 – New Jersey – Country rocker Chris Jansen on stage singing his hits at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ.
March 5 – Jersey City – Gary Lichtenstein watches as I sign the new Debbie Harry silkscreen that Gary printed in his studio at MANA Contemporary in Jersey City, NJ.
March 21 – NYC -My wife Elizabeth Gregory-Gruen at the opening of her exhibit “Cut Work – A Survey 2008-2018” at Howl Gallery, NYC.
March 27 – NYC – KISS on stage at Madison Square Garden. Gene Simmons once said you only need three words to describe a KISS show… WOW! WOW! WOW! and he’s so right!
