At the Sundance Film Festival I saw ‘The Runaways’ starring Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning , and back in New York I saw a Patti Smith reading; a Yoko Ono show at the Brooklyn Academy of Music with Eric Clapton and Bette Midler; Jesse Malin’s new band, and more!

Jan 24 - Park City, UT - At the Sundance Film Festival I saw 'The Runaways' starring Riley Keough, Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning seen above at the after-party with Joan Jett. This is a 'must see' rock film!...I also saw 'Nowhere Boy' a wonderful film about John Lennon's teenage years in Liverpool.

Bette Midler joined Yoko's show to sing 'I'm Your Angel' from Yoko's 1973 album ' Approximately Infinite Universe'. Also apearing in the show were Paul Simon and his son Harper, the Scissor Sisters, Sonic Youth and Justin Bond.
